Grammy Awards 2022, è stata un’edizione che ha visto protagonisti Joe Batiste, Olivia Rodrigo, Silk Sonic e Foo Fighters

Grammy Awards 2022. Come ogni anno, sono stati annunciati i candidati alla 64esima edizione dei Grammy (i principali premi dell’industria discografica statunitense, assegnati a cantanti e musicisti con una valutazione che tiene in considerazione i risultati di vendite e la popolarità.). La cerimonia è stata condotta dall’attore e comico sudafricano Trevor Noah.

La serata ha visto il trionfo di 3 artisti che si sono portati a casa i 4 riconoscimenti più importanti: il jazzman Jon Batiste ha vinto il Grammy per l’album dell’anno grazie a “We Are” (ispirato al movimento Black Lives Matter); i Silk Sonic hanno trionfato per la miglior canzone e il “best record of the year” grazie a “Leave the Door Open“; la 19enne Olivia Rodrigo è stata insignita del titolo di “migliore artista emergente“.

Commozione e applausi per i 3 Grammy ai Foo Fighters (a pochi giorni dalla tragica morte del batterista Taylor Hawkins). Si sono portati a casa i Grammy per la miglior canzone, il miglior album e la miglior performance rock pur non presenziando all’evento.
